General activities for Enumerator include:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative primary data collection through key informant interviews, focus group discussions and household surveys, with participants diligently and professionally in assigned areas.
• Attend and participate in relevant trainings related to data collection.
• Support the improvement of data collection tools through pretesting session.
• Ensure accurate and reliable data collection according to project protocols.
• Upload collected data, review and revise any submitted questionnaires.
• Assist in qualitative data cleaning, especially collected through focus group discussions.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the survey process.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to you by the supervisors.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Agriculture, Natural Resource Management, Economics, Social Sciences or a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience in data collection, surveys, or fieldwork preferred.
• Familiar with Survey solutions, Kobo collect or ODK collect.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work in rural parts of Zimbabwe.
• Excellent command of English and Other Major Local Language
