Job description

Duties & responsibilities of IT Administrator:

Manage and troubleshoot the Group’s network, IT infrastructure, and server and provide desktop support to the staff and all the regions

Configure and Installing laptops, desktop systems and networks

Maintaining repairing and upgrading networking system and ensuring compliance to IT standard practice and It policy

Setup user accounts, permissions and passwords

Diagnosing and fixing problems with networks and related hardware, software and system

Evaluate network performance issues including availability, utilization and latency

Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems

Implement and ensure upkeep of daily backups

Ensure optimal service level and resolve all requests and incidents

Install and maintain firewalls

Troubleshooting of Wifi and controllers

Documenting and reporting all site visit activities and actions

Provide comprehensive helpdesk support nationally

Responsible for maintaining & monitoring of all servers

Responsible for maintaining & monitoring of the Network

Server Administration, Network Administration, Desktop & Application Infrastructure Support

Remote support to users in the regions

Collaborate with the Regional IT Manager to adapt and apply all corporate IT policies and procedures;

Provide guidance on and coordinate the purchase of IT-related equipment and infrastructure. and check the quality of the item procured;

Create, maintain and update the TNS Inventory/ Asset Register

Train users on IT systems and software usage;

Perform other duties that would be assigned from time to time by the supervisor

 Requirements:

 A Bachelor’s degree in IT with 2 years of experience

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently

Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English)

Clear communication with team members, vendors, and end users.

Prioritizing tasks and handling multiple projects

Ensuring security and system reliability.

Positive attitude and ability to work proactively and independently to support the team

Ability to work under pressure and commitment to meet deadlines
