The B2B Sales Manager will drive marketing opportunities and implement impactful sales plans to boost revenue, Lead and execute strategies, managing sales and marketing activities to grow the brand, Collaborate with other sales managers on campaigns and oversee departmental operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience: 4+ years as a sales head or manager.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a sense of accountability.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and performance supervision abilities.
  • Skilled in selling, marketing, negotiation, and customer management.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and innovation.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of mentoring and resolving customer issues effectively.

Key Competencies

  • Achieve sales targets by managing and motivating the sales team effectively.
  • Develop strategic business plans to expand the customer base and ensure market presence. Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competition for growth.
  • Present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Recruit, coach, and monitor sales representatives to meet KPIs and targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and incentive programs.
  • Resolve customer and staff issues, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
  • Monitor product performance and collaborate with marketing for brand improvements.
