Ensure the measurements and the respective measurement records necessary for economic planning, requisition of materials and services, control of subcontractors and proper billing to the Owner of the Work; Carry out the measurements of each activity necessary for the execution of the work, with a view to the effective determination of the quantities of work to be carried out and the monthly measurements of the works carried out and the preparation of the measurement records, in accordance with the directions of the Construction Management.
Job Requirements and Competency Profile:
- Professional training in the area of ​​Measurement;
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Measurement Technician;
- Experience in contract and client management;
- Mastery of MS Office and Autocad;
- Fluent in English;
- Planning and Organization;
- Problem Analysis and Resolution;
- Availability for mobility.
