Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to the Plant Manager and Departments.
- Diary management for Plant Manager and selected HOD’s, including setting up appointments and venues for the entire team
- Handle day-to-day queries and correspondence
- Cost Centre Management, e.g. POs on SAP and follow up of outstanding vendor invoices
- Prepare reports and presentations on Microsoft office packages
- Plan & organize meetings, team building days, communication sessions, workshops # in-house and off-site
- Manage various HR administrative functions:
- Cellphone administration.
- O&G Orders on SAP
- Bar Administrative Manager (stock orders for the Bars)
- HR and filing thereof
- Send out time error reports to all departments
- PO Creation and GL Management
- Relocation assistance
- Ordering of stationery, catering and other supplies needed by the team
- Ordering of cellular phones and laptops for team members and following up on repair work needed to be done
- Assisting team members with any tasks the team needs done

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Min – Grade 12 certificate
- Qualification in Secretarial field would be an added advantage
- 2-3 years experience in a Secretarial or Administrative environment
- Fully computer literate on MS Office (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
