You’ll also:
- Work closely with the Provincial Manager, in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the SWISH project across target locations, ensuring alignment with project goals and donor requirements.
- With support from the Provincial Manager and other experts, ensures integration of gender-responsive and inclusive approaches within RMNCH and WASH services and practices.
- Supports capacity building of health workers and community leaders to strengthen health governance, service delivery, and workforce resilience.
- Together with the Programme Quality, Accountability and Learning Manager, develops and implements robust monitoring frameworks to track progress and measure the impact of SWISH interventions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, donors, NGOs, and community-based organizations.
- Manages the project budget, ensuring compliance with financial policies and donor requirements.
Requirements
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, International Development, Health Systems Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five 5years of managing large-scale health or WASH programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in gender-responsive and inclusive programme design and implementation
- Experience working with government health systems and building multisectoral partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of RMNCH, WASH, and IPC frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-country projects and achieve results.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on adaptive learning and innovation.
