RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Receive goods from suppliers.
- Keep stores records.
- Dispatch goods in stores.
- Take part in stock takes.
- Maintain cleanliness in storerooms.
- Maintain required par levels of all stocks.
- Secure returnable containers in the storerooms.
Job Specifications
- Certificate in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in procurement.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Superior interpersonal, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
- A pleasant personality and ability to communicate well with staff and related stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ACCPAC system.
- Should be a person of unquestionable integrity.
- Attention to detail, honesty and ability to work with minimum supervision.
