Reporting directly to the Head of Nursing, this role involves supervision, resource management, policy implementation, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSN/KRCHN from a recognized institution
- Nursing Council of Kenya registration & valid practicing license
- At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
SKILLS & COMPETENCE
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare policies, nursing standards, and hospital operations. Ability to handle crisis situations and conflict resolution.
