To ensure quantity surveying and issue quantity surveying sheets needed for economic planning, procurement and staffing, follow-up of subcontractors and needed for correct invoicing to the client; Quantity surveying for each task needed for contract job performance with a view to determine actual workload; to carry out monthly surveying for completed work, drafting of surveying sheets according to the site engineer
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile:
- Professional Training in Quantity Surveying;
- Minimum 7-year experience as a Quantity Surveyor;
- Knowledge in contract and customer management;
- Command of MS Office and Autocad;
- Fluent in English;
- Planning and Organization;
- Analysis and Problem solving;
- Mobility availability.
