Mission Objective
The distribution warehouse department is committed to providing high quality and cost-effective products and services to our valued partners and customers in line with our organization’s mission and vision.
The pharmaceutical sales representative is responsible for promoting the sale of cost-effective and high quality healthcare products to meet departmental and organizational goals. He/she actively engages with trade customers and healthcare professionals to build trust, drive sales growth, and foster long-term business relationships. Additionally, he/she provides accurate product information, promptly addresses customer needs, and ensures the timely delivery of supplies.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Examine delivery of Pharmaceutical services for consistency and conformity with established guidelines/approaches;
- Identify and recruit community pharmacies and PPMVs as screening centers.
- Reconcile data related to service delivery, identify areas/challenges to sustaining service and standards;
- Promote eye screening initiatives and uptake of reading glasses by community and patent medicine stores.
