The Academic Program Coordinator position serves as a key administrative leader within the College, overseeing critical operational functions and ensuring efficient academic program administration. This role requires independent judgment and discretion in decision-making related to faculty support, academic operations, policy implementation, and resource allocation. The Coordinator works closely with the Dean’s Office and department leadership, making independent decisions that impact academic program efficiency, student success, and faculty effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or five (5) years of administrative experience in higher education.
2. Demonstrated experience in independent decision-making and strategic problem-solving.
3. Strong understanding of academic policies, budgeting, and faculty operations.

1. Experience managing academic programs, faculty affairs, or departmental operations in a higher education setting.
