The position exists to execute the Agronomy Function strategy with the objective of securing planned leaf supply through actionable plans and insights through an Agronomy team and contracted growers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO – RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementing Agronomy plans in designated areas.
• Leading the delivery of key JTI sustainability initiatives.
• Leading a team and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Managing and reviewing data to inform timely and accurate extension services.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Agriculture or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience at similar level.
• Leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to live, travel and work locally in the field
• Valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and working knowledge of any local language
