- Support project design and proposal development in line with donor and fundraising requirements.
- Manage the creation of project ideas and their setup in ProMIS.
- Align with partners on approved projects and oversee the rollout of implementation plans.
- Provide direct support to countries or partners with inadequate staffing capacity due to transitions or bandwidth limitations.
- Act as an additional human resource capacity for Country Offices during high periods of high demand or staffing constraints.
- Manage and assist COs in its operation or project management.
- Maintain an overview of country-level planning processes.
- Guide and support individual country planning efforts.
- Review and organize the approval of country plans.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of country pages in ProMIS.
- Establish and maintain compliance with program/project risk management guidelines.
- Define and adapt program frameworks to local requirements, particularly for countries without a Country Office (CO) and under the Programme Development and Implementation (PDI) domain.
- Represent the PDI perspective, including CO perspectives, in global working groups such as ProMIS (Program Management Information System), logframe development and indicator tracking, partner portal, global data reporting, and advocacy initiatives.
- Prepare annual programmatic input for the Supervisory Assembly, summarizing previous achievements, challenges, and future outlooks.
- Compile quarterly programmatic and operational reports for management.
These are your qualifications
- Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years experience in Project or Programme Management.
- Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel and deployment in a short notice for two weeks at a time.
- Competence in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Identification with Christian values and the mandate of CBM.
