Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the NGO or development sector. Proven experience managing donor-funded projects, particularly EU-funded initiatives. Strong understanding of youth development, governance, and economic empowerment programming. Experience in capacity building and institutional strengthening of civil society organizations. Demonstrated ability to engage with government, donors, and civil society organizations. Experience in financial and grant management, including budget monitoring and donor compliance. Strong analytical, planning, and report-writing skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites in Falaba and Kono districts.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience working with youth-led or youth-focused organizations. Knowledge of Sierra Leone’s governance structures and youth policy landscape. Fluency in local languages spoken in Falaba and Kono districts.
