Experience
At least fifteen (15) years’ professional experience in the Health Sector, three (3) of which should have been at senior management or Consultant level.
- Strong leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to organize and motivate a multi-disciplinary team of high-calibre professionals
- Health Research and Publication in leading scientific journals
- Interprete and operationalize the Institution Vision, Mission and Strategic Objectives
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to all Institution specialisations and professionals and initiate
- Formulate policies designed to promote effective health service delivery in the Hospital
- Ensure the provision of viable health services in the Institution
- Direct strategies aimed at ensuring high standards of health care
- Initiate and maintain collaborative links with national and international Departments and Organisations
- Coordinate research and planning at the Institution
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
