Agricom Africa is looking for a self-motivated graduate who will act as the first point of contact for guests, ensure the smooth running of office activities, and support in all aspects of administration.

Key Responsibilities
• Receiving all guests and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Receiving, recording, and directing all packages and mail to the appropriate department as per company’s procedure.
• Maintain filing systems and manage document control.
• Provide support for the daily management of the office and administration.
• Prepare all office expenses and ensure office supplies are maintained.
• Support coordination of office repairs, and maintenance of office facilities.
• Oversee general office cleanliness and security is well-managed.
• Ensure all Company licenses are up to date and displayed in a visible area as per requirement.

Knowledge Skills and Experience
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Computer Literate

• Fresh graduate from a reputable university
