Mission

• Ensure the respect of the hygiene rules of the company.
• Keep the documentation regarding the vehicles fleet and electrical equipment.
• Establish the preventive program and follow up for all equipment repairs.
• Ensure a permanent update of all repairs sheet.
• Coordinate the repairs program with maintenance supervisor.
• Prepare a list of basic spare parts to keep in stock for any emergency.
• Make regular preventive controls of the vehicles, electrical equipment and general inspection
• Ensures that the workshop is clean and tidy
• Participation and acquisition of spare parts locally and internationally and modification where necessary
• Train drivers on best practices of driving and basic vehicle check.
• Electrical repairs and maintenance (kitchen equipment, generators, dish washers etc)
• Tracking and trouble shooting of electrical faults in the building
