• Prepare salads according to customers’ specifications
• Chop, slice, and dice vegetables and fruits
• Ensure that salads are prepared in an attractive and presentable manner
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Perform other duties as requeste
Roles
Will be responsible for preparing and assembling salads for customers in the canteen or other food service setting.
They must have knowledge of a variety of salad ingredients, as well as the ability to quickly and accurately prepare salads to order. Salad Makers are also responsible for keeping the salad area clean and sanitized.
