The Program Coordinators will support the implementation of the LIT program and will be
responsible for coordinating field-based activities, ensuring the effective implementation of
program interventions, and fostering collaboration among key education stakeholders. The
Program Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness,
coordination, and impact in the regions of implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of program activities
• Assist in the coordination of training programs, workshops, and stakeholder
engagements.
• Facilitate communication between LGF, partners and relevant stakeholders.
• Support data collection, monitoring, and reporting to track program progress
• Contribute to the development of training materials, program reports, and
documentation
• Provide logistical support for program activities, including travel arrangements,
meeting coordination, and training facilitation
• Support the integration of ICT in education to enhance learning and teaching practices
• Maintain accurate program records, ensuring proper documentation of activities and
impact
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related
field
• At least 3-4 years of experience in education program implementation or related work
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse
stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with teachers, school leaders, or education institutions
• Knowledge of gender-responsive and inclusive education approaches
• Willingness to travel extensively within the regions of implementation
