Key Responsibilities
- Compliance to all applicable policies of the organisation not limited to the Supply Chain Policy and Warehouse Policies & Procedures.
- Stock Management; Control commercial stock levels including storage and issuance activities.
- Inventory Accuracy; Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliation of any discrepancies.
- Warehouse organization; Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse ensuring all stock is properly labelled, updated on the ERP and easily accessible.
- Issuance and Returns ; Process issuances and returns ensuring accurate documentation and updating inventory records .
- Reporting and Analysis; Provide regular reports on stock levels , inventory turnover and other assigned KPIS.
- Provide support to other warehouse staff as required.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Procurement/ purchasing, Logistics) or equivalent.
Work Experience
- A minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
- Proven work experience in inventory management of Commercial stock or similar role
- Interface with a WMS system is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Working knowledge of inventory management software and computer proficiency
- Skills and ability to operate warehouse equipment like a forklift is of added advantage.
- Active participation in inventory audits, good understanding of records management and reporting

- Capability to handle physically demanding tasks where required.
