Requirements
Who You Are
- 2+ years in recruitment in a hyper-growth environment or scaling startup.
- Comfortable hiring across cultures and time zones, especially in Africa.
- You love people, but you really love results.
- You’re highly organized but move fast, velocity doesn’t scare you.
- You speak fluent English. Bonus if you know how to charm in Swahili, French or Dutch.
- Most of all: you’re a doer. You don’t delegate your impact. You deliver it.
