- Reporting directly to the General Manager – Ride Now, the Clients Service Manager (CSM) is primarily responsible for enhancing clients’ satisfaction, increasing sales by assisting clients, resolving clients-related issues in a speedy and harmonious manner, and implementing changes that can strengthen the Company’s relationships with its clients.

- The CSM coordinates with the Sales and Marketing Department, as well as with other Departments in the Company, to advocate for clients’ needs and provide valuable information about their buying habits.
- The CSM leads a team of Call Center Team Leaders and Call Center Agents, as well as other clients service professionals to help maximize their outreach to new and existing clients in order to increase the market share for the Company’s services.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management or Commerce with specialized knowledge and skills in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Communication, or a related field from a reputable University.
- A Master’s Degree and/or Postgraduate Diploma in any of the above areas would be an added advantage.
- A Professional Certification in Customers and Clients Service or related field is a plus.
- Ability to act on clients’ feedback and provide meaningful solutions.
- Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in customer and/or clients service, sales and/or marketing is required.
- Proven work experience of at least 3 years, as a Customer and Client Relationship Officer, Sales and Marketing Officer or a similar position in the Sales and/or Marketing Department. Experience as Customer and/or Clients Service Manager is preferred.
- Knowledge and proficiency in using customer, clients and marketing software and tools, such as Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems and email marketing platforms, is an added advantage.
