Requirements and Skills Profile
- Compulsory schooling or equivalent technical course;
- Experience in the area as a trainer with a Certificate of Pedagogical Skills (CCP);
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in theoretical and practical training on machines used in the construction sector (grader, loader, excavators, crawler tractors, articulated dumpers, rollers) and trucks;
- Good knowledge of computers from a user perspective;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to adapt;
- Full availability for mobility.
