Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales growth and revenue generation. Identify the new market for frozen chicken and table eggs products across the market & drive the HORECA Market Segment.
- Product Knowledge and Promotion. Have full knowledge of the products, quality standards, and benefits.
- Customer Relationship Management. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Reporting and Analysis. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collections and Commercial Discipline. Work within the provided company credit control policy, monitor the outstanding dues, and ensure the timely collection from the customers
- Market Expansion. Identify and onboard new customers while exploring the unexploited markets.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Revenue Growth: Increase sales revenue
- Market Share Growth: Expand market share in the HORECA Business Segment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Brand Awareness: Increase brand recognition and awareness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HORECA Business Segment.
