We are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team in Uganda.

This role will support the end-to-end logistics procurement operations in the local market and contribute to building a strong supplier ecosystem to support our growing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and selecting logistics suppliers in Uganda.
- Help manage logistics procurement costs and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and maintain positive relationships.
- Support the overall supplier management and procurement operations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations
- Bachelors Degree is must
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Strong communication skills with clear logical thinking and the ability to express ideas effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in logistics procurement will be an added advantage.
