JOB PURPOSE:
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote The Motorcenter EA Ltd’s products and services. This role involves creating impactful campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and collaborating with internal teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the competitive automotive market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote vehicle sales, after-sales services, and brand loyalty.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with Motorcenter EA Ltd’s brand values and business objectives.
- Organize events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand visibility.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising to enhance online presence.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and videos.
- Analyze brand and campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide reports to optimize future strategies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.
CIM enrolment is an added advantage - Professional Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry or a related sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
