TITLE: STORE KEEPER

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels of green coffee beans, processed coffee, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Oversee the receipt of incoming goods and ensure accurate dispatch of coffee products for export, verifying quantities and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and digital systems, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Adhere to and enforce workplace safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food-grade products.
• Work closely with production and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in food processing or export industries.
• Knowledge of food processing, storage requirements, or export logistics is a plus.
