Role Description – Credit Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Supervisor located in Masaka, Uganda. The Credit Supervisor will oversee credit management, ensure effective credit control, and analyze financial data to facilitate informed decision-making. Daily tasks include managing debt collection processes, monitoring credit portfolios, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. Additionally, the Credit Supervisor will work closely with other departments to optimize financial stability and support the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

– Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit management, finance, or a related field

– Skills in Credit Control and Credit Management

– Strong Analytical Skills for financial data interpretation and decision-making

– Experience in Debt Collection and Finance

– Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

– Experience in rural community financial systems is a plus

– Proficiency in financial software and tools
