Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead and oversee all F&B operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience through effective team leadership, financial oversight, and strategic planning. You will play a critical role in shaping our culinary offerings, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence in service delivery.

Develop and execute strategic plans for F&B offerings, pricing, and promotions in alignment with market trends and guest preferences.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors, waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Plan menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, focusing on innovation, cost-efficiency, and customer appeal.

Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage vendor relationships, source ingredients and beverages, and negotiate supply contracts to ensure quality and cost control.

Monitor and manage departmental budgets, sales forecasts, and profit and loss (P&L) performance to meet financial goals.

Coordinate with kitchen, events, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of banquets, private functions, and promotional events.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and organize staff development programs.

Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in food and beverage operations management (preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment).

Solid understanding of budgeting, inventory control, sales forecasting, and financial accountability.

Demonstrated success in menu planning, vendor sourcing, and cost optimization.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
