Qualification and Person Specification
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Institutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
Three years working experience in a reputable Institution.
* Well- developed managerial, interpersonal and public relations
skills
• Knowledge of strategic planning
Duties and Responsibilities
i. Accounting Officer of the Hotel.
ii. Supervise staff and operations of the Hotel at all levels and set clear targets.
ii. Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the set targets and objectives
