Reports to: Managing Director, Uganda Kolping Society
Duty Station: Hoima
Age Limit: 30 – 40 Years

over all responsibility; Lead and grow KHUL’s hospitality and income-generating ventures, drive strategic direction, day-to-day operations, profitability, and organizational excellence.
Qualifications & competence
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
- At least three years of Senior Management experience in hospitality or related sectors
- Proven ability in business development, client relations, financial management, strategic planning, and leadership
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-manage-ment skills
- Understanding of local and International hospitality trends is an added advantage
Key Roles & Responsibilities
(i) Oversee daily operations across all KHUL business units.
(i) Develop and implement strategic growth plans, pursue new income streams and diversify business
(i) Lead, train, supervise, and motivate staff and Project Managers to meet set targets.
(iv) Ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction by handling com-plaints, resolving issues, and sustaining service quality.
