10739/RCS) under the Cooperative Societies Act, Cap.107 and the Cooperative Societies Regulation, 1992. It was founded by Teachers SACCOs in Uganda with the mandate of promoting Teachers socio-economic welfare by managing the Government revolving fund for Teachers

Applicants shall be vibrant, passionate, flexible and trustworthy Marketing Executives to help us revitalize our member SACCO resource mobilization activities across all the sub regions.
Successful applicants shall be responsible for creating awareness, marketing and sales of the Union’s products to schools, Universities and Colleges within their respective sub regions.
Core responsibilities
- Marketing of products by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining member’s satisfaction.
- Recruit new members to get Personal Development loans and SACCO Loans through phone calls, emails, in person contact, networking events, contractors’ meetings, community events and personal gatherings
- Carry on field assessments and ensure proper appraisal of credit applications and support documents.
- Review marketing and sales performance and work towards monthly or weekly targets
- Resolves members complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making
recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualifications: Advanced level Certificate and Diploma in Cooperatives or any other business field;
- Good knowledge and marketing experience on credit and cooperatives will be an added advantage;
- Applicants should have good communication, presentation and analytical skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management software;
- Ability to develop and implement credit policies and procedures;
- Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan recoveries is an added advantage.
