Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator is the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations. You’ll oversee the smooth running of vehicles, vendor partnerships, and hub activities — ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Your work will directly impact our efficiency, customer satisfaction, and growth trajectory.
This is not a desk-only job — expect to be on the ground, coordinating field activities, engaging partners, and solving problems in real time.
Key Responsibilities

Fleet & Vehicle Management – Oversee scheduling, maintenance, and tracking to ensure operational readiness.

Vendor Coordination – Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless collaboration.

Hub Operations – Monitor and support all activities at operational hubs, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards.

Process Optimization – Identify bottlenecks and implement systems that make operations faster, smoother, and more cost-effective.

Field Coordination – Conduct site visits, supervise on-ground teams, and ensure execution of planned activities.

Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate records of operations, expenses, and performance metrics.

Problem-Solving – Address issues proactively before they escalate, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years experience in operations, logistics, or field coordination (experience in fast-paced, start-up, or community-driven environments is an advantage).

Strong organizational and time management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
