Role Overview

The Product Associate (Tech) will bridge the gap between user needs and product execution. You’ll take real-world challenges and translate them into smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences. From wireframes to final product, you’ll work closely with developers, designers, and users to ensure every feature is functional, beautiful, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & Prototyping – Create and refine wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

• User Research & Testing – Gather insights from users, run usability tests, and iterate based on feedback.

• Collaboration with Developers – Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented and functional.

• UI/UX Optimization – Continuously improve the look, feel, and flow of the product to enhance user experience.

• Feature Documentation – Create clear specifications, guides, and workflows for new product features.

• Trend Tracking – Stay updated on design and tech trends to keep our product modern and competitive.

• Problem-Solving – Identify product gaps and propose solutions that are practical and innovative.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Design, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related roles.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.

• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an added advantage.

• Experience working with agile or iterative product development processes.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to do fieldwork and directly engage with users.
