Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be the data compass for our decision-making. You’ll transform raw numbers into clear insights, forecasts, and strategies that drive growth. You will work closely with leadership to ensure we spot opportunities early, mitigate risks before they grow, and base every major move on solid evidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis – Gather, organize, and interpret operational and financial data from various sources.

• Financial Modelling – Build accurate financial models and forecasts to guide strategic planning.

• Performance Tracking – Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor business health in real-time.

• Trend & Risk Analysis – Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks before they escalate.

• Reporting – Prepare clear and actionable reports for management and stakeholders.

• Process Improvement – Recommend changes based on data insights to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with operations, product, and marketing teams to align data with strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, macros, charts).

• Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret complex data and present it in clear, actionable ways.

• Willingness to conduct field research and engage directly with stakeholders.
