Role Overview
The Community Mobilizer will act as the bridge between n-SiNGo and the communities we serve. You will lead outreach campaigns, organize community events, build trust-based relationships, and inspire individuals to join and actively participate in our programs.
Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, involving fieldwork, public speaking, and creative engagement tactics to reach diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement – Identify, approach, and engage community members, leaders, and organizations.

Awareness Campaigns – Organize and run events, meetings, and information sessions to promote n-SiNGo programs.

Relationship Building – Establish and maintain trust with stakeholders from different backgrounds.

Participant Onboarding – Guide interested individuals through the registration and participation process.

Feedback Collection – Gather insights from the community to inform program design and improvement.

Partnership Development – Work with local authorities, groups, and influencers to expand program reach.

Reporting – Maintain records of activities, community feedback, and outreach results.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years experience in community outreach, field mobilization, sales, or advocacy.

Excellent communication in English and at least one local language.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

Confident in public speaking and group facilitation.

Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments.
