We’re seeking a dynamic Franchise Manager to oversee our franchise network, drive operational success, and ensure each partner grows sustainably while meeting brand standards.
Role Overview
The Franchise Manager will serve as the primary link between n-SiNGo and its franchise partners. You will ensure each partner adheres to operational guidelines, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and achieves growth targets. This is a strategic and field-based role — you’ll be coaching partners, inspecting operations, and finding ways to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight – Monitor and evaluate franchise operations to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

Partner Support & Training – Provide guidance, training, and resources to franchisees to strengthen performance.

Performance Management – Set clear KPIs, track results, and ensure partners meet agreed targets.

Brand Compliance – Conduct regular audits to ensure franchises follow brand guidelines and operational standards.

Growth & Expansion – Identify opportunities for scaling existing franchises and onboarding new ones.

Problem-Solving – Address operational challenges quickly, offering practical and sustainable solutions.

Relationship Management – Build trust-based partnerships with franchisees to foster long-term collaboration.

Reporting – Prepare regular performance and compliance reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

3–5 years experience in franchise management, retail operations, or field supervision.

Strong understanding of business operations, compliance, and quality control.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
-
Proficient in English; fluency in local languages is an advantage.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Willingness to travel frequently within the field.
