Position: AI/Analytics Lead

This is not just a reporting role — you’ll design systems, run advanced analytics, and develop predictive models that shape the way we work, grow, and serve our community.
Role Overview
The AI/Analytics Lead will be responsible for developing and managing our data infrastructure, creating actionable insights, and building AI-powered solutions for operational and strategic decision-making.
From dashboard creation to machine learning models, your work will guide every part of the organization — from sales and marketing to field operations and product development.
Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Management – Define and implement the organization’s data strategy, governance, and security protocols.

Data Collection & Cleaning – Build reliable pipelines for gathering, storing, and preparing structured and unstructured data.

Advanced Analytics – Apply statistical models, machine learning, and AI techniques to uncover trends and predict outcomes.

Dashboard Development – Create dynamic, user-friendly dashboards that turn complex datasets into clear insights for decision-makers.

Performance Optimization – Use analytics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and identify growth opportunities.

Predictive Modelling – Build models for forecasting demand, optimizing operations, and enhancing customer experiences.

Experimentation – Design and run A/B tests, pilots, and experiments to measure the impact of initiatives.

Collaboration – Work with different teams (sales, operations, marketing, training) to address real-world challenges with data solutions.

Capacity Building – Train internal teams on data literacy and analytics tools.

Emerging Tech Integration – Explore and integrate new AI tools and technologies that keep us ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).

3–5+ years of experience in analytics, AI, or data science roles.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or R (additional programming languages an advantage).

Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

Understanding of predictive analytics, machine learning, and optimization techniques.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex analytics into clear insights.

Comfortable with field data collection and real-world operational challenges.
