The Sub-Programme Assistant, DPI Programme is expected to support the Subprogramme Officer to achieve the outputs as provided in the table below:

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
(a) Qualifications
(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Development Planning, Public Finance, Taxation, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Project Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation;
(ii) Possession of a Master’s Degree specializing in Development Planning, Public Finance, Taxation, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Project Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation will be an added advantage.
(b) Experience At least three (3) years of practical working experience in development planning, budgeting, public financial management, audit, monitoring and evaluation, taxation, monitoring and evaluation.
(c) (i) Other Competencies Technical Management and coordination; Negotiation, planning and organizing; Management of Organizational Environment; Analytical, evaluation and research; Computer Knowledge; Data Management Report Writing and Presentation;
(ii) Behavioural Competencies Ethics and Integrity; Concern for standards; Effective Communication; Listening skills; Customer care; and Able to coach, guide and coordinate work of subordinates.
