We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Volunteer Data Entrant & Digital Engagement Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, digital tools, and online engagement. You’ll play a key part in supporting our mission by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining digital records, and helping to grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately collect, enter, and update data in our digital systems and online databases.

Support the management of digital records, forms, and reports.

Assist in maintaining and updating social media pages, newsletters, and digital platforms.

Help analyze data to improve program delivery and digital communication.

Engage with online communities to increase visibility and participation.

Provide feedback and ideas to improve digital workflows and data accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of a certificate or diploma in IT, ICT, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field (students are encouraged to apply).

Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, online forms, etc.).
