Purpose of job
To manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery and expansion of market share without compromising the company image.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Marketing strategies to retain and attract new clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Present and sell company products and services to both current and potential clients.
- Conduct market surveys and research for the existing and new security products.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities to appropriate company staff.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns and ensure good customer care.
- Coordinate other staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Prepare status reports as well as adhering to the company goals.
- Follow up on service contracts with clients.
- To develop and implement special sales activities to reduce on stock.
- You may be assigned any other duty from time to time.
Minimum Requirements and Competencies
- A Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, Social Sciences or any other related field.
- At least five years of working experience in a similar role in a very busy Security Company setting selling Technology security Equipment.
Skills Required
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed for interacting with clients, and other stakeholders.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software is essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders is important.
