PEAS is seeking an experienced and strategic education leader to take forward our system strengthening work in Uganda. As System Strengthening Manager, you’ll play a vital role in scaling PEAS’ best practices—such as our school inspections model, school improvement planning, CPD, and safeguarding approaches—across government secondary schools.

You’ll oversee programme implementation, drive national-level engagement, and support the integration of PEAS’ evidence-based tools into government systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in school leadership, education systems, or programme management, and a passion for improving outcomes for learners at scale.
