Credit Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize and recruit clients for group and individual loans.
• Conduct loan appraisals, disbursements, and collections.
• Monitor loan performance and ensure portfolio quality.
• Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Educate clients on financial literacy and savings culture.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Microfinance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lending or field operations.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
