Design and build digital solutions, APIs, and custom applications to connect core systems, streamline workflows, and enable new digital services across the organization.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, integration services, and microservices between core systems (ERP, HIS, LIMS, CRM, HR, portals, mobile apps, etc.).
• Build custom web/mobile applications (e.g. portals, workflow tools, internal apps) using approved platforms (.NET, JavaScript frameworks, Power Platform, etc.).
• Work with business stakeholders to understand process pain points and translate them into technical solutions and prototypes.
• Implement and maintain integration patterns (REST, SOAP, message queues, ETL, API gateways) following architecture and security standards.
• Develop automation and workflow solutions (Power Automate, RPA, scripts) to reduce manual work and errors.
• Ensure integration reliability, resiliency, performance, and proper error handling/logging.
• Maintain API and integration documentation, including data flow diagrams, interface contracts, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure/Security to ensure secure connectivity, authentication, encryption, and access controls.
• Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and fix defects promptly.
• Monitor production integrations and applications, proactively addressing incidents and performance issues.
• Contribute to design standards, coding guidelines, and reusable components for digital solutions.
• Provide technical input into the digital roadmap and advise on feasibility and effort estimates.
