Call Centre Representatives (2 Positions)
You’ll handle inbound inquiries, make outbound calls to leads, and guide prospective students through the application process with warmth and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from prospective students
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and fees
- Schedule campus tours and appointments with admissions counselors
- Follow up on incomplete applications and nurture leads
- Update CRM with call notes and lead status
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion
- Escalate complex inquiries to Sales Lead
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-2 years in call centre, customer service, or sales
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience
- Ability to work shifts including evenings and Saturdays
- Target-oriented mindset
- Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets proficient
