MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY

1. The overall technical and construction plan for FTTH projects, including network topology design, optical distribution network (ODN) planning, and pipeline resource planning, ensure that the solutions are technologically advanced, economically reasonable, and highly feasible.
2. As the project’s technical lead, maintain smooth communication with clients, understand and guide their needs, report project progress in a timely manner, and maintain good client relationships.
3. Prepare and review project-related technical documents, design plans, construction drawings, acceptance documents, etc., ensuring that projects comply with relevant national and industry standards, specifications, and compliance requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

1. Bachelor in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
2. Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skills.
3. Proficient in English and local language.
4. Design and Management experience in OSP and fixed line turn-key project will be strongly preferred.
5. Familiar with OSP and fixed line (FTTX,GPON,MSAN) knowledge.
6. Familiar with local engineering and design standard, specification, habits.
7. Good service awareness, attentive work, strong pressure tolerance and adaptability.

KPI INDICATORS

1. Market technology guides customers to acquire new market share and target territories, Achieve HLD and LLD&BOM acceptance from customers in time as project plan.
2. Ensure Materials stock matching L2 construction requirement and plan.
3. Achieve Monthly Key Tasks (The key tasks will be assigned and reviewed by management every month).
4. Ensure Customer Satisfaction (No Customer complaints).
