The Opportunity

• We are looking for Telesales Agents to join our fast-paced Call Centre team and help onboard new customers onto KUZA, our flagship credit product. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys customer interaction, and wants to build a career in fintech.

What You’ll Do

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using our call centre dialer

2. Pitch and educate customers on KUZA products and benefits

3. Convert leads into active KUZA customers

4. Conduct customer KYC and verify business details and affordability

5. Accurately update all customer interactions on CRM systems

6. Follow up on unreachable leads and manage assigned pipelines

7. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

8. Adhere strictly to KUZA SOPs and call centre standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution

• At least 1 year experience in telesales, call centre, or a similar sales role

• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
