Sales Administrator – Operations
Requirements:
- Age: 25 – 30years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and marketing, management or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in sales administration or operations.
- Experience in managing or coordinating sales operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, basic systems).
- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales and operational activities.
- Support the sales team with documentation, statistical and analytical reports and follow-ups.
- Monitor and coordinate with operations teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales orders and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales and operational records and good at operating systems.
