JOB TITLE: DIRECT SALES AGENTS
REPORTS TO: TEAM LEAD PERSONAL BANKING
Are you passionate about sales and ready to grow your career in banking?
We are looking for energetic, target-driven Direct Sales Agents to join our team!
Locations:
• Mbale
• Gulu
• Kampala

JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
• To deliver exceptional retail business performance through excellent customer
service, sales, and transactional processing within the branch and assigned market
• Drive exceptional sales performance by identifying customer needs and actively selling
and cross-selling UBA products and services
• Achieve assigned targets across all retail banking product lines in line with branch
targets and business strategy

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Knowledge
• University degree from a reputable institution
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and banking operations
Key Competencies & Skills
• Strong sales and cross-selling capabilities
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
• High level of integrity and attention to details
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good networking and relationship management skills
