1. Accounting Officer

Role Summary

The Accounting Officer will support the finance function by ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

• Support budgeting and financial planning activities

• Process invoices, payments, and payroll support

• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements

• Assist with audits and financial analysis

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

2. Field Business Development Officer

Role Summary

The Field Business Development Officer will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding KASO Logistics’ market presence within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients and partnerships

• Conduct field visits and sales presentations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Develop and implement business development strategies

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset

• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations is an added advantage

3. Digital Content Creator (Part-Time)

Role Summary

The Digital Content Creator will enhance KASO Logistics’ online presence through engaging visual and written content that promotes the brand, services, and customer success stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit videos, graphics, and digital marketing content

• Develop social media content calendars and campaigns

• Write scripts, captions, and marketing copy

• Manage social media platforms and engagement

• Design promotional materials and brand assets

• Track content performance and optimize reach

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital content creation or media production

• Expertise in video editing, graphic design, and content scripting

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar

• Strong creativity and storytelling skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
